1. About this service
The QIE Bridge ("Bridge", "Service") is a user interface operated by QIE Foundation at https://bridge-cosmos.qie.digital. The Bridge lets users initiate native IBC transfers of the QIE token between QIE Blockchain and Osmosis.
We do not hold user funds. The Bridge is a non-custodial interface. When you use it, you sign a transaction with your own wallet. The IBC protocol locks tokens on one chain and mints a 1:1 representation on the other.
2. Eligibility
By using the Bridge you represent that you are not in a sanctioned jurisdiction and are not on any sanctions list, and that you are not using the service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address, we cannot recover them. Relayer outages can delay transfers. Chain halts, forks, or smart-contract bugs in either chain could affect bridged funds.
4. No warranty
THE BRIDGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event will QIE Foundation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed USD 100.
